Returns & Refunds

Physical Merchandise

We accept returns on physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

To initiate a return, email orders@sunkenstate.com with your order reference and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping costs. Please send a photo of the issue to orders@sunkenstate.com with your order reference.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experienced a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will reissue your link.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
