1. What We Collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address. This information is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it.

2. Payment Data

Payment is processed by Yoco. We do not store or have access to your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Yoco in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process and ship your order, send order confirmation and tracking emails, and send digital download links where applicable. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond those required to fulfil your order (e.g. The Courier Guy for shipping).

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state if you are an admin user. Your cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers until checkout.

5. POPIA Compliance

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at legal@sunkenstate.com for any data requests.

6. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting purposes. Digital download links expire 24 hours after first access.
